ENGINEERING IN WOOD

Engineering In Wood is situated in the hamlet of Roxburgh in the Scottish Borders.

The company was set up in 1989 by Adrian Locke who is a third generation cabinet maker. He wanted to concentrate on the more specialised areas of woodworking. He now offers one of a kind pieces and furniture on a commission basis.

Furniture restoration has become a large part of the business, Adrian runs weekend courses in wood turning, antique restoration and French polishing.

We have a full range of wood turning blanks in stock at all times, approximately 350 blanks to choose from and various hardwood timbers in through and through boards. These can be purchased by mail order or directly from our gallery.
